I found an attorney ( I forgot her name) that legally opens your birth records for $300.00 except she reunited us with only $50.00 to start and I gave $50.00 here and there for 2 years. Maybe you will find a away to just pay because it is nearly imposable to find a birth parent other wise, good luck to you.
